Nextage.AI — Responsible AI commitment label — EU AI Act · GDPR
OUR COMMITMENT

We create with AI.
Responsibly.

Five clear guarantees on your rights, your data and transparency — a commitment that’s written, documented and attached to every delivery.

Brand protectionFaster approvals
Why this label

AI creates in minutes. The compliance risk lands on your brand.

AI now produces visuals, voices and video in minutes. Remarkable — but it raises questions nobody used to ask: who owns this image? Is it compliant? Is my data training a model?

With the EU AI Act (Article 50, in application since 2 August 2026) and GDPR, these questions become concrete — and the brand that publishes is exposed, not only the agency. This label is our answer: specific commitments, made in public, documented at every delivery and backed by contractual guarantees.

What we guarantee

Our five guarantees

01

You own your creations. Everywhere.

We commit to using, in final deliverables, only AI models that carry commercial rights and an IP indemnity from their publisher (Adobe Firefly, Getty, Shutterstock, ElevenLabs…). No territory or time limits, no royalties to budget for. Open models are used only for exploration, never in the final work.

02

Every creation is traceable.

We commit to logging, for every deliverable, the models used, their versions, the prompts and the level of human input. Nothing is a black box — you can always know how a creation was made.

03

Compliant with the AI Act — Article 50.

We commit to embedding C2PA provenance metadata in delivered files, classifying each deliverable against Article 50, and handing you the transparency notice to display where one is required (deepfakes, content of public interest). The labelling applied is documented. Some platforms strip this metadata on upload — we tell you which, and how to keep the disclosure visible at publication.

04

Your data is protected (GDPR).

We commit to never using your data or briefs to train an AI model. European hosting. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is signed with every client, and a right to erasure applies on request.

05

Originality is verified.

We commit to running every creation through a plagiarism and look-alike check before delivery. The result is documented.

Our difference

A commitment in writing, not just in words.

Our guarantees don’t rest on our word alone. They come with three contractual commitments, set out in our terms and restated in every quote.

01

Fixed at our cost

If a deliverable is challenged on any of the five points above, we correct or replace it at our own cost, within 5 working days.

02

Capped IP indemnity

We contractually carry third-party intellectual property claims on our deliverables, up to the cap written into the quote.

03

Evidence file delivered

Production log, sources and rights, labelling applied, originality check. A file you can forward straight to your legal team.

A dated, capped, enforceable commitment — not an intention.

At delivery

Every delivery carries our commitment.

You don’t just receive a file. Every Nextage delivery comes with the commitment badge and the project’s evidence file: sources and rights, labelling applied, originality check. Forward it as-is to your legal or procurement team.

Going further

Need a legal opinion? Available on request.

The label and its evidence file are enough in the vast majority of cases, at no extra cost. For sensitive projects or enterprise accounts, an independent lawyer’s opinion remains available.

INCLUDED

Label + evidence file

Our five guarantees, our three contractual commitments, the badge and the evidence file on every delivery — included, at no extra cost.

OPTIONAL

Independent legal opinion

For sensitive projects or enterprise accounts: a specialist lawyer’s opinion attesting a deliverable’s compliance, billed separately (on request).

What it means for you

Proof, not a promise

Faster sign-off

Your legal team sees a clear file, not a question mark.

Risk we carry

We contractually carry the risk of our creations, within the limits written into the quote.

Zero friction

The badge ships with delivery; nothing extra to do on your side.

A head start

You're ready ahead of the deadline, while others are still scrambling.

A voluntary declaration, not a certification

Let’s be clear: this label is a public commitment from Nextage — not a label awarded by a third party. That’s exactly what makes it binding: we own it, date it, keep it current, and back it with capped contractual commitments. Want to verify any point on a specific project? Just ask, and we’ll show you the evidence.

FAQ

Common questions

Is this an official certification?
No. It’s a voluntary, public commitment. There is no official “responsible AI” label for creative production yet, so we chose to get ahead, commit in writing, and back that commitment with contractual guarantees.
What if a piece of content is challenged?
Our traceability documents exactly how the creation was produced. We correct or replace the challenged deliverable at our own cost, and our IP indemnity applies within the limits written into the quote.
Do I need to pay a lawyer?
In the vast majority of cases, no: the evidence file delivered with the work is what legal teams need. One useful point: as the publisher, you are a “deployer” under the AI Act, and some transparency notices sit with your publication — we tell you which. For sensitive projects, an independent lawyer’s opinion is available as an option.
Are you insured?
Yes — Nextage carries professional indemnity insurance, and the certificate is available on request. We don’t present it as a guarantee of this label: professional indemnity covers our liability, not yours. What we guarantee you are the five guarantees and three commitments above.
Which AI tools do you use?
For final deliverables, only enterprise-grade tools with commercial rights and IP guarantees. Open models are used only during exploration.
