Nextage.ai attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and undertakes to process it in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Identity of the data controller
Personal data is collected by Nextage.ai, a company incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office at 61-63 Rue de la Longue Haie 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE/KBO) under number BEKBOBCE.0476.996.213.
Data is collected on the www.nextage.ai website, by email, by telephone, at events (trade shows, conferences, webinars) and in the context of any business relationship with the company.

2. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed (Art. 16 GDPR).
- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data in the cases provided for by the regulation (Art. 17 GDPR).
- Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
- Right to restriction: obtain the temporary suspension of processing in certain cases (Art. 18 GDPR).
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller (Art. 20 GDPR).

3. What data do we collect?
Data may be collected via the website, by post or email, during a telephone conversation or initial contact, when you take part in events organised by Nextage.ai (trade shows, webinars, etc.), or in the context of a commercial or contractual relationship.
Data collected: title, surname, first name, company name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address.
Mandatory fields are indicated on the forms. Without this information, Nextage.ai will not be able to process your request.

5. Retention period
- Prospect: 36 months from the last exchange or interaction.
- Client: duration of the business relationship, then 36 months after the last exchange.
- Applicants: 24 months if the applicant has consented to the retention of their application.
Nextage.ai may retain certain data beyond these periods in order to comply with its legal or regulatory obligations. Data retained for statistical purposes is anonymised.
6. Recipients of the data
Your data may be disclosed to:
- Our internal departments: sales, administrative, technical and marketing teams.
- Our processors: technical and operational service providers acting on behalf of Nextage.ai, in strict compliance with Article 28 GDPR.
- Our partners: only when they act as independent data controllers, with your consent.
Where we need to defend our rights in court, your data may be disclosed to the competent authorities and to our legal advisers.
7. Data security
Nextage.ai implements all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, in particular against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised persons.
8. Transfers outside the EU
Nextage.ai endeavours to keep your data within the European Union. Where certain specific services involve a transfer to processors established outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are put in place (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism) to ensure an adequate level of protection.
9. Social media and third-party sites
Our site may contain links to social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Nextage.ai cannot be held responsible for the data practices of these third parties. We invite you to consult their own privacy policies.
When you interact with these platforms from our site, information about you may be collected or shared by these third parties, independently of Nextage.ai.
10. Changes to this policy
Nextage.ai reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site. We invite you to consult this page regularly.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by Belgian and European law, in particular the GDPR and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts shall be those of the judicial district of Brussels, Belgium.
